English and Kiswahili will be official languages of the conference.

All accepted abstracts will be included in the oral or poster sessions. All abstracts should be submitted on the provided Abstract Form(s). Abstracts are to be received not later than 26th February, 2010 and 10th March 2010 for late breaker abstracts. Decision on acceptance of papers will be done by the Scientific Committee based on scientific merit and potentials to contribute to effective HIV/AIDS care, treatment and support. Decision on acceptance of abstracts will be reached before 10th March 2010 and for late breaker abstract by 15th March 2010.  The authors whose abstracts are accepted, are expected to attend the conference and present their papers in person.

Papers will be accepted and assigned to oral presentations and or poster sessions based on subject matter. Abstracts of all accepted papers will be printed in the Abstracts Volume of the “Conference on” HIV/AIDS Care, Treatment and Support in Tanzania:  Responding to the Challenges”, which will be distributed on registration at the Arusha international Conference Centre.
