The School of Pharmacy MUHAS in collaboration with the Germany Action Medeor Health International are jointly implementing a Pharmaceutical Teaching Research and Development Laboratory at MUHAS co-financed by (GTZ) now GIZ (55%), action medeor (30%) and MUHAS (15%) under the Private Public Partnership (PPP) framework. The lab was officially inaugurated by Honorable Prof. J. Magembe, Minister for Education and Vocational Training.

Our vision is to become a Regional Center of Excellence for practical training of pharmaceutical processionals and offering Formulation Development, Manufacturing Procedures, Scale-up processes, Stability Testing, Analytical testing , Qualification ,Validation services and Quality assurance activities.
